After all these years, Apple will either soon update it or officially kill it. The current Mac Pro was supposed to revolutionize desktop computing. For the record, Mac Pro gaming is more than capable. Most games should be playable on one. If you have the money for a Mac Pro and time, wait for the new Mac Pro.
